Scope.
This policy explains how we handle information collected via our public websites (e.g., skinica.net) and our internal tools (e.g., the Skinica Dashboard) that connect to our own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts via Meta’s APIs.
1) Information We Collect
From public websites. Contact details you submit (forms), and technical data such as IP address, device/browser, pages visited, cookies/analytics.
From our social media channels (via Meta APIs). Message content and attachments you send to our Pages, page-scoped IDs (PSID/IGSID), message and thread IDs, timestamps, read/delivery receipts, reactions, referrals, and the Page ID.
From internal users (our staff). Account and access data needed to operate the dashboard (name, email/phone, roles, activity logs).
2) How We Use Information
To communicate with you and respond to messages sent to our Pages.
To provide internal customer-support tooling and quality assurance.
To secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services, and comply with law.
We do not sell data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
Legal basis (EU/UK if applicable).
We process message data on our legitimate interests (providing support and operating our Pages) and/or performance of a contract (when you ask us for support or information).
3) Data Access and Sharing
Data from Meta’s APIs is accessible only to authorized employees and select service providers (processors) operating under contracts and confidentiality.
4) Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures (TLS encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, logging) to protect information.
5) Retention
Messenger/Instagram messages and related metadata: retained 90 days unless a longer period is required to resolve an open request or comply with law.
Logs and security records: up to 12 months.
We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed.
6) Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, object, or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact info@skinica.net
. We may request information to verify your identity and will respond within applicable timeframes.
7) International Transfers
If data is processed outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by law.
8) Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or under the age required by local law). If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

10) Data Deletion Instructions
If you interacted with us via Facebook or Instagram and would like your messages deleted from our systems, email info@skinica.net
with your profile link and a deletion request. You can also manage your messages directly in Facebook/Instagram.
